Hi all just thought i would give a update about my weight loss. My body feels like it is going to fall to bits, and i have mussel's that i did not no i had :-) .
I have been training at the gym 3 nights a week with my trainer and 2 nights by self. Even tho i have to travel a little to the gym as it is in Pascoe Vale.
But i think it has been well worth it as i have dropped 3kg's already. It has been hard adjusting to the different food and only drinking water by the bucket, and kristy has got me drinking Green Tea also ( YUK) but hey nothing is never easy.
Anyway will give another update in a couple of weeks
